What Shipping Methods Are Available?

At present we have a standard shipping charge £10. This includes all postage and packaging. We currently use Collectplus for our blankets. This can be tracked to the point of delivery. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

From the point you place your order, it will take up to 2 weeks for you to receive your blanket. Each item is handmade to order. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, if you are outside of the UK and would like to purchase a blanket, please contact us directly and we will try and help you.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments from Paypal. This protects the buyer and ensures that all your information is kept safe and secure. 

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes! We use Paypal for all payments to Blonde Bear Blankets and our website has a secure SSL certificate to make sure that all your personal information is safe and secure. We never use your information for anything other than processing your order. 

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Once you have decided on your blanket, select a weight and add it to your cart. Then follow the step by step instructions to process your order. 

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

If you have any queries please contact sales@blondebearblankets.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

How Can I Return a Product?

Unfortunately, due to these being bespoke, made to order items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if any issues arise, please contact us and we will help as much as possible. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Items can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this point we will have started to make your order. As each blanket is made to order we are unable to cancel or refund once production has begun.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be advised when your product has been completed and dispatched. We will email you with the tracking number for your item so you are able to track its journey to you.
